Oppo is derived from "friend", that's where it suits. Somewhere I have found good points to be emphasized on and in somewhere I have found this phone is losing the competition to mobile maker giants alike HTC, SAMSUNG, SONY and NOKIA.
I must say oppo has made a very advanced and multi-function phone as they have launched their N1 in European, Asian and Oceania. It is definitely going to hit the booming android market. According to Indian experts, this phone is going to be launched in 39K INR range, which is not as competitive price as Samsung and Sony's most flagship devices' have got. This phablet is certainly going to grab your attention with o-click and swivel camera features.
The most prominent thing I have found in this phone is its battery and design. The Oppo N1 is what a uni-body phone with great chunks of aluminium stuff to cover it up. The second major thing in this device is its battery power, according to source it's battery doesn't need to be charged even single in a day, however, proceeding day, this phone needs to be charged, though. This some definitive feature makes this device little different from others. The another tremendous feature which according to me a great discovery in technological fields, that it has got O-click right back to its panel which acts like a trackpad for this phone. It has got couple of pros~ one can scroll through the web, activate the camera shutter without even getting N1's display in hand. to be honest, I don't think so that this feature was required in this device, it can be said, just to put some extra efforts Oppo has tried to bring something different in the market and same is being witnessed.
This phone can be directly competing with all tier 1 devices as Sony Xperia Z1, Samasung Galaxy Note 3, HTC one max. The makes and overall finish is at par. By this, it can be concluded that this device is pretty durable, one can throw it off from Burj Khalifa and it won't be demolished, to be honest, I wouldn't do cause it can seriously hurt this phone as well..:). This device is really sleek ,though, but not the thinnest one ever I saw and the body withstand aluminium finish which appears to be a plastic body that feature metallic finish. The front of this phone is really vivid and it has obviously a giant screen with 5.9 Inch display, which makes it to be reckoned in Phablet category. The black bezel surrounding this screen makes it larger in size though. The right edge has simply features the power button. and volume rocker key. The left edge features the micro sim tray, 3.5 mm audio jack and micro-USB port, however, speaker grill is in the bottom.
The main thing which I am going to love is, its camera. The main sake of getting this phone in consideration was to see it swivel camera with power packed 13 MP. The dual LED flash is right next to the lens and one can also use these flash lights to enhance the picture quality by flashing a direct light onto the face. You don't have to worry about its rotating nature, it is featured to be rotated more than hundred thousandth times apparently. I did not find it really fragile while rotating it.
The other thing which also made me love with this phone again is O-click which is right back to its screen. Let me define you what it does, this feature lets you scroll web pages, camera shutter, all kind of makes sense. The O-click lets you scroll up, down, left, right and diagonally with your fingers. Initially, to make your fingers synchronized with this track pad can be real implicit for you, but later your fingers will grip it in order to scroll correctly. It almost works with every application except I have found a little stick while using chrome. Apart from its two distinctive feature this is completely a normal android device. It doesn't have latest chip-set inside which's actually a negative perspective for the frequent technology's geeks, who were actually believing that the device will be loaded up with latest chip-set as well. I would rather say, it should have been packed up with latest chip-sets as its flaunting body requires to be upgraded. The performance of this device is great, and it is probably not going to give you trouble with latest applications which consume lot of RAM . The battery is quite amazingly designed with a power pack 3600 mAH easily lasted a day as I mentioned earlier, well you can also get the most out of it if you run light applications instead using heavy applications. Voice and hearing quality is good, but according to size of the phone, you need to drive the ear piece while calling or you may need to find the right way to adjust its speaker and microphone exactly to your ear and mouth. As I mentioned in Indian Market the company has set the price 39 K INR, which is really feel to me a sheer price when it is observed no card slot is given for this phone.
